  A TV show called "The Strain", basically a mix of vampire/zombie horror and weak body horror.
  It's actually not as bad as it sounds, the first season or two are fairly decent.

  This is two scenes cut back to back from a flashback of the big bad's second in command. He's a
  nazi vampire. Yeah... Though he's actually a fairly decent character despite that and (in the
  flashbacks at least) is portrayed less cartoonishly evil than that would seem to imply.
