Normally, as a driver, I would just ignore them and pass them at an opportune break in traffic. What makes me go nuclear is when, after passing them, I am forced to stop at a red light, and these motherfuckers blow through the light ("can't stop or I'll get a cramp, gotta maintain this BPM bro"). Now the train of cars that took their time to go around them have to again, carefully inch their way around this asshole to get up to 40MPH. If you are riding in the street, obey the fucking traffic laws.
