I downloaded the audio and the video using http://savieo.com/sites/coub
From there I converted the video into a GIF using FFMPEG following this guide
https://superuser.com/a/556031 (make sure to use the same FPS or it'll be choppy)
Then I used SWFchan's tool to make loops, sadly the site is down right now, but

I'm sure there's someone with a more profound way of going from the original files into a
loop+song with low file size (whoever made the HD hat.swf).

Honestly because I wasn't sure if it would loop properly, since it's like a 1.2 second video loop
and a 1.5 minute song. I was too lazy to test it.
However, if flv works, then the process gets a little easier with the Swiff Army Knife having an
FLV converter and using SwfH264 for muxing it all together.
It's why I mention the HD hat.swf, it's just all around better than this file.
