It's basically a very naive promotion of communism. One that falls flat if you go paragon route,
not investing in automation at all, trying to keep all your employees happy and paid, and only
trying to avoid bankruptcy so that the entire company doesn't suffer. It ends one of two ways.
Bankruptcy, or the little shits riot and then just go about doing the same fucking thing they
were doing, but without pay while singing like a bunch of hippies.

You can reach retirement if you get automation rolling ASAP. I recommend rushing out servers and
once you get at least 4 you can start building the factory machines. Just throw the little shits
that don't actually wanna work in jail. I managed to keep one actual engineer and myself, while
everyone else gets shafted for being the little pussies they are.

Get the yellow cylinder to fill up to max. The game states the number of products sold at the end
so I guess winning with the least amount the better. You basically retire. Simply don't go
bankrupt (tube drops to zero) or get killed by the hiring line mice.

The game doesn't force you to automate though despite that being "easier". To win without
automation you simply have to "fire" the mice that are either being "lazy" and demanding more
cheese(happens when they are happy/not dark) or sabotaging the research or product (determined by
sound effects, misshapen cubes, and the mice that do it are unhappy).
If a mouse is sabotaging production or attacking the building with a stick you can put them in
jail by dragging them to the glass enclosure. In time some imprisoned mice will be happy again
and rehired. It seems research prefers to be paid more than labor and that dragging unhappy labor
mice to research via promotion can make them happy. Mice that are angry and begging for hire or a
pay up should be listened too or they will damage your shit. Lazy mice can get canned without
fear because they'll demand to be paid at 1 cheese again.
It might definitely have some sort of cheap communist message with the thematic of the game but
whoever programmed it definitely didn't force you to fuck over the work force for muh greedy
capitalism unless he thinks property destruction and company sabotage are worker's rights.
