It really fucking doesn't. It's absolutely riddled with glitches and only gets worse as windows
10 updates. Works fine on windows 7 though if you even still have it.
Just buy the remastered version. It was patched to not have shitty graphics and it's pretty much
"okay" from my perspective, and I care a shit load about the purity of the original game.

naturally i assumed that people even remotely interested in emulation are still on windows 7.
using windows 10 is pretty stupid. most people are stupid but most people aren't emulating either.
also to say that it was patched to not have shitty graphics is to give too much credits. at most
they remade the main character models, otherwise there's not much different from running it in
PCSX2 in 4K. they usually don't care enough to redo textures.

Sounds like a problem with Windows, not the emulator.
