I was at work, she had to do community service, so she was working with me. She apparently was
drinking while driving after her birthday and got 12 hours in jail, after that her best friend
got her out and gave her starbucks. Now she works with me until April, the only issue is that I'm
only 18, and she's like 29. She's into WoW, so am I, she loves video games, and shes actually
really nice, and pretty. She's such a great listener, and she sounds really confident in herself,
and she wasn't even embarrassed when she told me about what she did to get community service.

Sounds like a train wreck waiting to happen.
If she's 30 and still getting caught up in teenage style bullshit you know she's
emotionally/mentally stuck there.
Confidence does not equal competence bruh.
Try find someone with similar life experience to you that hasn't cocked it all up yet. Ideally
find someone to cock it up with together and learn from the experience.

you make the relationships you have worthwhile relying on the other person to bring that just
makes you easy to replace.
Source: dated older people exclusively because I thought they had things figured out.
PROTIP if they are willing to drop a decade in age they are probably not doing well with people
