Why is Japanese considered moonspeek? Japan has never been to the moon and i am sure Ignignokt
and Err don't speak Japanese.

It doesn't make it any less retarded.
It should be called TVspeek. That is all the japs ever do. Their cell phones and cars may be crap
but by God they have TVs in them. Although it is not as catchy, it is more correct (for those who
would like to be less retarded).
If the japs did try to go to the moon their budget rocket wouldn't make it, but they would have
some fine TVs in their shuttle.

じゃ, じゅ, and じょ can be romanized as either Ja, Ju, and Jo or Jya, Jyu, and Jyo. Either is correct
as long as you remain consistent.
And you're just plain wrong about ん.

It'll take you probably a couple weeks to get this shit down pat. Remember, you've got
50-something characters, plus you have to memorize the tenten sounds, the maru sounds, and the
combination ya, yu, and yo sounds. Plus, you have to do it TWICE, once for hiragana and once for
katakana.
Afterwards, though, learn grammar and particles and from there on out it's just vocab and kanji.
Lots of vocab and kanji. And trust me, even the most rudimentary knowledge will come in handy in
a pinch.
