Any idea what the 'hits multiple enemies' trait means? Does it mean it goes through enemies to
hit more than one per shot or does it mean it scatters?

it means that it goes trough enemies.
With one shot you can hit as many enemies as there is in the line

yeah. tried it out myself and it's freakin awesome!
freeze + hit Multiple enemies = godmode
This game has easily taken up 40 mins of my life already!
