>Life is a game, and a hell of a hard one at that, but with endless rewards, big and small. Also
endless setbacks, bad and worse, but only a very few of these setbacks are permeate ie:
death-game over
>The challenge is finding what rewards to pursue and why these rewards are more valuable than the
others and why the reward is worth the challenge
>None of the rewards have a set value, and are completely objective to those who see it or those
who have it as to its true worth

Goals are the only purpose of life,
Biological, nuerological, spiritual.
It is all one game, one narative.
You aren't wrong anon. I appreciate you.

go first.

>You win by finding death before it finds you
So you win, by killing yourself.
Did I read that right?

>Death is for those who failed the challanges, either by the difficulty being higher than their
skill or by those who where not ment to accept the challange
>suicide is for those who dont want to play the game, who find no value in the rewards, who find
every challange to be to difficult to persue, who believe the setbacks where too cripling to move
on, who choose to experence no more challanges and choose to quit, even tho there is no save
point in this game
game over.

I think he meant that having led a fulfilling life that led to a death you could accept,
honorable or otherwise, rather than dying before you were ready, is victory. Knowing that you
lived that life, and always will have, is the prize.

always good stuff, Nevi. honestly, I live for other people. it sounds bad, and it probably is,
but i can't find any goals of my own that i find worthwhile that don't involve others.
But to answer your question, right now, i'm talking to this girl, texting every day because our
work schedules are conflicting. i think she likes me, and i know i like her, but even if she
doesn't like me in the same way, it's fine. i've learned to appreciate new friends, and this girl
is really something. ever since we started talking, the world has seemed more colorful, more
vibrant. i find it easier to do hard things, and life seems just beautiful. what really keeps me
going is the possibility of becoming a better man who helps people everywhere he goes, a good
husband, and a worthy father to smiling children.

I can't end it myself only because I can't do that to my family, so I think about them. Once
they're gone, I'll probably follow them.

What keeps me going? Times like these I don't know. My judgment gets muddled for a time during
which I just lose myself and go through a stasis induced by daydreaming, internet and games. I
still function like normal, make my food, clean my apartment, all that, but i stop finding
purpose and my actions lose meaning in my hands.
I've gone through this before. Getting out of this stasis requires me to relinquish meaning from
my daydreaming, internet and gaming. I re-purpose my life values, and for a short period of time
I do things like everyone else around me does. The funny thing is I don't know which one is more
'me'. That's an impossible question.
I could be a slacking, silent daydreamer, but I am also a hard-working, social and motivated
person & vice versa. Both of these 'paths', if you will, are different solutions to the questions
like "who am I" or "what is my purpose", and can give you varying levels of satisfaction. It is
up to you to find the paths that satisfy YOU. It's a rainbow road out there.
I have had the possibility to think harder and deeper than most people, since no answers were
given to me and there was no one to distract me from it. I've thought through dilemmas some
people seem to be realizing years after me while most are only starting to struggle with them
today. I've realized that knowing you have the possibility to do something you need to do only
when you want to do it is a bear-trap in form of an enlightening thought.
I've realized that ignorance actually is bliss in its own form, yet not one of us go without
suffering.
What keeps me going? I think during times like these it's the knowledge that I am not going to
rot like this forever, that it is in my biological code to react after a long while. But at the
same time it's giving me a reason to not move a finger towards that brighter future. It is up to
me to choose what kind of satisfaction I want to indulge myself in.

I actually ask myself that from time to time.
Maybe its the road for constant thrill or excitement? Definitely one thing is certain. Im looking
to find another just like the one I met before. That's the goal. Other than that its new
experiences, people, and desire to just get the adrenaline pumping and the blood moving.
Life's a game anon. Just play it.
