The problem I have with stuff like this is instead of building your own custom
machines/instrument to play music for you youre assigning presets to buttons that plays music for
you. It makes everything thats like this mediocre. Im not saying that time and effort into
building something should inherently be better, alot of the times its not, but the bar of entry
lowers the amount of bad quality things saturating these two markets.

At the same time it exposes music to many more people who previously may not have engaged with it
in this way. Much like the printing press made literacy much more widespread, these boxes could
inspire many talented artists to pursue their newfound passion. Granted a lot of shit will be
made just like but more of everything means more good too, just filter the bad.
