MOTHA FUCK'N MORNING BLOG POSTING
Anyone else sell their car and just give up driving? I love driving around late at night being
all "free and shit" but with how much I saved in gas it's hard to ever want to go back to it.
Upsides: so much money saved....like holy fuck cars are the worse investment I have ever made...
Downsides, I've become even more of a hermit...Uber/lyft requires talking to people so that's a
hard pass unless I'm going with someone. The train really doesn't go that many places apart from
close to work...and it's schedule is pretty limited.
Whatever... cunts it's recipe time:
Want to impress some PSL and UGG boot wearing snow bunny basic bitches? Of course you don't you
sad little fuck. BUT here's how to make a soup that they would probably like so you can think
about them while you pour it over your naked body or whatever the fuck you degenerates do with
food.
Butt nut squash soup: From a copy cat of a copy cat of a copy cat of Panera's "fall squash soup"
WHAT:
1 smol onion chopped fine
2 lb Chopped/peeled butty nut squash (Usually ~1 squash)
2-4 Carrots peeled chopped
4 cups veg/chicken broth
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
(helps give it some heft
2 cups apple juice/cider
(if you are really fancy you can make 2 cups apple puree for the "real deal")
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter (unsalted)
2 oz cream cheez (you can add more if you fat fuck)
olive oil or butter for sweat'n onions
HOW:
Big 'ol pot to it add butter/oill and onions cook till see through
Add the veg and liquids/spices
Boil that then reduce to simmer for 25-30 min or until everything is softy
Remove it from the heat and add pumpkin, creamy cheesy, butter and brownsugar
Mash with a tato' masher for thiccc or pure with a immersion blender or in batches in a standing
blender.
Taste....add salt/sugar to get the sweet salty balance right
Add heavy cream if you a fat piece of shit
Serve with cinnamon raisin swirl bread

Just get a bike. No better way of isolating yourself from the world while surrounded by people.
Maintenance costs are nearly null as well if you learn to do it yourself.

i just moved to washington to live on a boat, and not having my car here has been driving me
insane. public transportation here is pretty decent, but i really hate being around so many
people. i mean, ya, gas is expensive, but its a price im willing to pay to not have to deal with
people at all and being able to keep my own schedule.
anyway, cant wait to taste this recipe! love ya, v

Probably not, but I don't use it very often
>>3363240
Being surrounded by hundreds of people in cars never felt particularly comfortable to me . At
least on the train I can just put my headphones on and tuck into a corner.
My encounters with public transport have been suprisingly favorable but I don't live in
NYC/Chicago/Miami all of those places I've had some... colorful experiences
I assume your living on a govt boat and not some sort of pontoon houseboat?

ive had some experiences just freaking out, realizing that in every car there is at *least* on
person. i try stick to rural roads to get where i can.
i came out here to live on a derelict vessel that, once registered and repaired would be a great
vessel to charter to make money. a kinda bed and breakfast on a boat. buuut, the current owner is
a piece of shit and i realized that i will never be able to get it profitable. so i got a boat of
my own to live aboard tied to slip until i find another big boat to charter.

Just from looking at the recipie, I would suggest easily doubling the cinnamon, and perhaps
adding ground clove, and maybe a bit of allspice if you're feeling frisky. Most recipies
criminally underseason in the instructions

This is adjusted
It's not a winter gingerbread cookie soup or psl in a bowl
It's a more savory soup and that curry powder goes a long way with these flavors
If anything I'd add cumin and cardamon

its why I suggested clove, it's used in both wintery and indian food
