Not really. There's some ups and downs, but it rarely changes enough to be worth mentioning.

It gets better for sure, anon, but it doesn't happen in a vacuum. Sometimes life will fuck you
over regardless of your actions, but there is a ton of shit you can do to avoid those lows, and
most of it is easy to accomplish.
