  did chrome update remove the flash and tab revert sections from the chrome://flags settings?
  the last update to chrome a few months ago you had to go into the flags to manually change the
  always allow flash settings to save after browser close, and there was also a way to revert the
  new tab design to the older one
  it seems they took those settings out, just wondering if its the same for anyone else
