When in doubt, resize the window so it's tall and skinny because looping flashes often have sauce
outside the frame. Not all do but check it first, saves you time. Doesn't work embedded, gotta be
  its own tab.

I know those feels brah, I added this to my collection just because you were trying so hard and
  it's a cute little loop :3

I wonder if there is some way of mathematically determining the perfect framerates for syncs or
if it's just good old visual coordination skills...
It's not too hard to try with integers, but the framerate intervals can be .01 too.

Once you've done the loop in audacity or editing program of your choice, look at the number of
beats in it. Bring it into flash, and make it as3 object. trace() the length of the clip. Flash
uses its own units, I have no idea what they are, its been a while. Divide that number by the
number of beats. Then have flash monitor the progress of the loop as it plays. Once it reaches a
multiple of that number, advance the frame.
That works if you want to advance only one frame per beat. Since you have multiple frames per
beat in this one, you'll have to subdivide further.
This method bypasses setting a framerate that relates to the bpm, so it can't drift at all.
There's more to it than just that, but I can't be bothered to write a whole tutorial. Once you
have a good code you can just paste it into any further flashes you make and then it's super
easy. That's how I did it, and I'm pretty sure 0x40 hues does something very similar. In fact I
think I actually just stole that method from it. Oh well.

Or if you don't want to learn some basic javascript and understand the envrionment, google "Tap
for Beats Per Minute BPM". Then take the number you get from that (x), and divide 60 by it
(x/60). Then multiply that by the number of frames (n) in your image loop (nx/60). Since it looks
like there's two beats per loop in this animation (the anime girls take two steps), divide by
(nx/120). That number is your framerate.
Much easier, but can drift if the loop isn't perfect and can be fucked up by loading times if
  your preloader isn't made right.
I also suggest you look at using OnClick() to bring the sauce onto the screen. Saves people from
  resizing.

sorry, thats supposed to read "divide by two" (nx/120). Your framerate = nx/120

I got 131~ bpm for the audio loop
  131/60 = 2.183
  number of frames/screenshots used = 10
  2.183 x 10 = 21.83
What's next? I don't fully understand your math sir.
