We had a good run, /f/riends...
What will you be doing in 2021?
Surely there's a Next Big Thing that is backward-compatible with our nostalgia feels (not HTML5).

GOING TO CREATE FLASHES. got that morons? no, of course you don't.

Using the same software we always did. Nothing wrong with outdated shit if your security is up to
date and given OSs are changing less and less, it is highly likely it will work on hardware going
  forward.

people don't even know you can just download standalone flash player straight from adobe

i don't see why the hell would it become impossible for crators to continue making them, or
  viewers watching them

  >implying there are people on /f/ who aren't just chrome users using the embed function
  >think about it, if embed dies 90% of /f/ dies
  >there aren't any people who regularely open flashen in a new tab anymore
  >the death of flash is really just the death of the userbase
  >there haven't been any properly educated and trained competent /f/ags for years now
  >real creators are long since jumping ship, or about to, or will after 2020
  >we all know this
  >we pretend everything is fine

Flash might not die, but this board is dead already.

I've been going on flash for about 5 or so years now (lurker) and I always use the chrome embed
option myself. That being said if one day I try to open a flash like that and it doesn't work I
would just use a different browser.

You're totally right though about the user-base getting smaller and smaller. I kinda like that
though, it's like a nice student lounge on a college campus that nobody really knows about and
you gotta hike up a flight of stairs to get there. But once you get there there's a couch sitting
in front of a tv hooked up to an insane person's stream of consciousness. I don't even attend
this college, I'll still drive over sometimes just to hang out in that quiet room and see what
insanity i can find this time.
