Hey OP, I meant to ask you this, every time I make a flash the first time it goes through the
timeline it's slowed down but then it runs fine but yours doesn't have that problem. Do you know

Not OP, but it sounds like you don't have a preloader, basically the flash is playing as it
loads. A preloader avoids this problem as it make sure everything's loaded before starting

far too many don't actually take advantage of flash's revolutionary "stream" feature and simply
stick a preloader in it when it's not needed at all.
for flash loops you can get a good enough buffer size by making sure the audio and half the
visuals are in the first frame, while still keeping the streaming functionality. depending on the
frame rate most people will have finished loading the flash before the last frame is hit and
won't notice any "slowdowns" (which is the flash plugin waiting for the next frame to be loaded)

I didn't make the morphing girls. The source is a 480p vid that I did some editing to, but I
don't think there's much I could do for the visual quality without a ton of work. I compressed
the audio some to cut down on space, but I don't think it's too bad.
You're right though, I'm sure it could be improved and I'd like to see it in better quality. The
name of the source video is in the flash if you or anyone else wants to do something with it.
