I want to start organizing my /f/ stuff well on my new computer. Help me decide on the folders I
should have in my /f/ folder.
I'm thinking anime, cartoon, videogames, and more big folders, and within them I would have
folders for loops, musical, videos, and more.
What else? Obviously a classic flash folder, a Touhou folder, a game folder and an interactive
folder.

yeah, I've been agonizing about that too
I'd recommend something other than a folder structure, but for that I'd say:
start with the content type, akin to the [T]ags (like loops, videos, animations, games)
then within those divide by content like japanese, 2hu, miku, videogame (related), anime
and if you're really nifty, you can add shortcuts to folders of the same name, like make a folder
containing links to games/touhou and loops/touhou, etc.
I think that knowing where all the loops are is more important than all the anime stuff in a
hueeeg folder and then you don't find that one loop because you put it into the cartoons folder
