This flash makes me happy. I can loop it for hours.
It would be really cool if one day somebody makes it into a flash since it would be a lot more
doable than it looks. Maybe one day I'll do it myself or hire somebody to do it.

If you mean just separate all the assets and re-animate them, it would probably take just a
couple hours. The video is like 1 second long though (I hope). Surely the reason for the file
size is the audio quality, or just bad optimization.

True, vectorizing it would take a lot of work, but it would look incredible after. That's surely
something you'd have to hire an artist for or spend many hours of work on.
