global bans are retarded, unless you post something actually illegal there's no reason to lose
the ability to post on all boards if you mess up on one of them. board culture is a thing.
this is especially true with global rule 3 that allows you to get banned for whatever reason. no
way of knowing what counts as a "troll post" is on every board.

honestly moderation is going down the drain and 4chan should set up a better appeal system where
random users from the board get asked if the ban was justified. a little message at the top that
informs people that they can do a voluntary judgement if they want to.
if the users on a board have no problem with what you are posting on that board there should be
no problem, and the person is still banned until random people overrule the mod
i think 4chan not having a fair appeal system is the biggest problem with moderation currently
