it kinda doesn't work when the animation starts playing but the music needs another minute or two

Well I guess if you want the music to sync right just use desktop flash player or refresh in
browser after it fully loads.

It's not a bad edit to be honest but 10x filesize is unacceptable. If you had just glanced at the
size before uploading you would have noticed that something was wrong.
