the flash is from around the same year MGS4 was released, 2008 or more likely early 2009. your
file has probably had its modification date changed in 2014 due to being copied or something like
that.
windows does a decent job preserving date modified of files these days but i think older versions
of windows didn't do as good of a job (or maybe you used a file backup program that changed the
date)
