  Back in December of 2016 I was feeling especially lonely and started regularly lurking /f/ for
  the first time. Although it technically wasn't a very fun time as it was my first year of
  university and I didn't really have any friends at the time, I have a lot of fond memories of it.
  I remember that recipe-posting was practically a daily thing back then and even though I didn't
  try out most of them, knowing there were people out there sharing helpful tips like that made me
  feel very warm inside.

  One day I came across this flash and when I found the name of the track (Wishes - Bucketheadland)
  I listened to the album for the first time all the way through that night as I walked through the
  snow.

  Although I stopped coming on here regularly after New Years, every year since then I get the urge
  to recreate that same walk whenever I get that first night of snowfall and end up lurking /f/
  throughout the rest of December after that. It's sorta become my yearly tradition of signaling my
  official beginning of winter comf.

  Our first night of snowfall came a bit early this year.

  A bit of a rambling and pointless post, but I've just arrived back into the warmth of my home and
  what I guess I'm trying to say is: I've missed you all. It's good to be back. I hope you all have
  a great end of 2020 :)

  I've been lurking /f/ since 2009, this is still one of my favourite loops. I discovered it at
  that time too. Unfortunately I don't live in a snowy place but it's cold like hell. I remember
  spending the whole night with this flash open while feeling cold in the dark and remembering
  being in Finland years ago.
