Money. And because patreon is a shitty platform that changes it rules on whats allowed every
month and tries to police your content, past and present. They'll ask you to delete post youve
made on other sites 10+ years ago if it violates their current rules, and hold payment hostage
until you do so. They'll even try to claim copyright ownership of your work. Should be noted that
patreon tried to change its ToS to counteract a bulk of lawsuits against them, then countersued
with the new ToS agreement. They lost that lawsuit (https://s9503.pcdn.co/wp-content/uploads/
2020/07/29.07.2020-Denial-of-Preliminary-Injunction.pdf) and are required to handle each case
individually, paying the arbitration fee for each case which can go up to 10k each. They also
cant try to sue or recoup the fee back if they win any of the cases. Cali law is good for
something once.

god i hope shitreon gets shut down from a million lawsuits. everybody still on the site, giving
