You can still download an offline version of flash player, /f/ would just need to be updated to
download the swf files.

you know that downloading stuff is your territory and has nothing to do with the server right?
you're always downloading the flashes, if you use embed you just download them to cache and embed
them on the site
you can, right now, download all the flashes just by clicking on their names, worst case right
clicking "save as"

if you hover on the name it says https://i.4cdn.org/f/file.swf
that is the swf
you right click that and save it
or open it in a new window and click "file/save page as"
going through the page info is ONLY necessary if the swf is embedded and you don't even know the
full url to it or even the name
