And here's the OG.
Thinking about it while the Vectoids march to their deaths, a VectorTD3 with the maps of both,
the aesthetic themes of both (And of VectorTD X, another sequel I hadn't known about until
tonight), the music of all three, etc would be very nice.
Add a few new maps, keep the gamemodes of 2, etc. I would appreciate it.
Although I suppose it wouldn't be much of a sequel. More of a compilation.
I'll tell you what I'd like gameplay-wise in a sequel. Change upgrades to be of different
categories. Range, damage, maybe an AI one (Always attack the furthest ahead would be much
appreciated). Hell, it'd be cool to see the green and purple towers given more distinction based
upon level, and the current tower-powers could just be upgrades or something to the base ones. I
mean each red tower operates entirely differently, and so does each blue.
Never mind my autism, I just want to DISCUSS this 15-year-old flash game.
When the hell did Candystand go down? I miss it.

I could see each vectoid type being given a special ability too, like the yellow and white ones.
Maybe add orange and black ones, too.
Yellow and orange towers are prime opportunities for expansion, too.

i think the reason VectorTD got as popular as it did is because of its simplicity. if it had more
complexity it might have not gotten the fame that it did. there's certainly room for expansion
though.

True, very true. But I think it could be rounded out a bit without losing that simplicity.
Perhaps someday I'll try doing that.

Yo games man, if you happen to have a particular game I'd appreciate it. Can't remember the name
but it was posted here years ago. It was in 8-bit, with a stick figure main character, basically
as you would level up you could change the height and width of your sword. There was a huge
variety of enemies as well. Going to post of of my favorites to aid your game quest.
