is this furry?

Well, apart from being furry shit, this looks really well made.
Obviously adding a little more fancy to the buttons would help. Rectangle with arial text just
doesn't scream production value.

Thanks. I'll touch up the buttons. You wouldn't happen to know how to make a button that changes
a symbol would you? I wanted to make a button that makes the rabbits cock transparent so you get
an x-ray view inside the gazell. I made two alternate versions, one with see through cock, one
with x-ray cock, cause I couldn't figure out how to do that in one.

forget buttons and look into movie clips
you can code movie clips to act as buttons but with more interactivity

Thanks. I actually glossed over that part of my training.>//_//>

It's pretty good for a second attempt. Though, I do have a little bit of criticism if it may help
you.
Firstly, you should try tapering the ends of the lines in your drawings. You can do this by going
to Modify>Shapes>Convert Lines to Fills. This will turn your lines in to vector shapes that you
can then modify using the Subselection Tool (Hit 'A' on your keyboard). Doing this will make your
art appear a bit more organic.
You might also want to try using something that isn't a photograph as your background. Try maybe
tracing a background from a photo if you find them a bit hard to draw. This tutorial might help
you make one from scratch however: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=KYycmpfEoBA&f

The facial expressions are also a bit choppy. They tend to snap from one expression to the next
kind of unnaturally. Some extra inbetweens may fix this.

This desu. Buttons should only be used for quick presentations and/or Flashes with little to no
interactivity (think the play button on a preloader, or a clickable URL).
Movieclips that respond to mouse clicks will generally allow for more dynamic functions that
aren't limited to the three basic button states. They are great for mouse oriented games, such as
what you have here.
I see that this works with ruffle, so obviously you are using AS2 (Which is good, since there is
little reason to ever learn AS3). Check this out m8; it might help you: http://etutorials.org

Hopefully this helps.

You've been giving good advice so far. I didn't even know about the tapering thing.
The etutorials link might be just what I was looking for about explaining actionscript & buttons.
