You can't "block" ruffle. If you click [Embed], it opens the flash in ruffle, every time. It's
your choice to either do that or download the flash.

You are misunderstanding what he was telling you, friend.
You can block the ruffle script, but that won't give you a flash embed, the embed is ONLY ruffle.
There is no way to embed through flash player on /f/. The embed function was replaced with ruffle.

because a handful of broken flashes is better than a board that does not work as intended, this
gives /f/ a fighting chance. People who want it as a flash download it anyway.

Don't know anything about website scripts, sorry.
some websites just allow you to opt out.
you can pretty much browse /f/ through swfchan and have that, but you'd have to work on older
software and browser for flash to be usable, otherwise it will be blocked by the browser.
