Part 3/3
I really enjoyed playing this series a lot long time ago.
The bad, but charming jokes, the old ass graphics, and the unique gimmick of the series were
simply amazing..
good times.

The first two games are really easy. In (almost) all levels, you cannot get suck whatsoever, so
aimlessly running around without putting any thought into where you are going will eventually get
you to the exit. There is a single level in the second game where you can lock yourself out of
solving it and you have to kill yourself to restart (since there is no reset button in the game).
Ironically, I tried the same approach in the third game and managed to lock myself into a
position where I could neither escape nor kill myself. I don't feel like that is intentional.

Yeah definitely, the game is not well thought out at all. The levels seem like I could have made
each of them up in 5-10 minutes.
Really kind of shows that the creator was a novice in level design and game making.
Its definitely a 'crappy' game, but its still very charming.
I actually checked out the creator 'Antony Lavelle'. He recently did an ama on reddit a while
back.

This is his resume from his website as well:

In 2018, I believe he was consulted for making another version of 'Shift'. (He wasn't involved in
making the game itself)
Here is the trailer, its pretty fucking shitty ngl

If you're interested check out the AMA, you'll gain a lot of insight on how the flash game
industry used to work back in the day.
Also, I probably have issues going so far deep into this lol
