OP edited away moot but fucked things up.
the original flash still works.
plays in ruffle but without sound. stops every frame in adobe's flash projector. i assume there
are some visual glitches in the ruffle playback, for example the furries/sonichus are missing at
the end scene, unless OP edited those away as well.
