File: Please.swf-(2.52 MB, 732x516, Loop) [_] sleepy sad boi hours :v 3406709 I can't remember if I ever posted a meatball recipe...so... 1:1 Beef to pork (in my most recent case I used ground Italian sausage...lamb also works well) So lets say....16oz each. e g g s - 2 Breadcrumbs 1/2C + extra as needed Splash of milk Grated parm. 1/4C - 1/3C depending on taste 4-8 Cloves of garlic 1/2 White onion Salt peps olive oil 2/3 tbsp 1 bowl of ice water Preheat oven to 350F Start but either finely and I mean REALLY finely mincing the onion and garlic If you have a food processor chuck the bitches in there and pulse adding a little bit of olive oil. combine meats,egg bread, crumbs garlic, and milk mix until combined add breadcrumbs until its tacky but holds its form. Line a baking tray with foil, and if you have a metal rack, place it on the baking tray. If not you can rig up something with skewers or something idk but its an important bit Roll balls using a soup spoon as your template form them into loose balls by rolling them between your palms in between rinse your hands in ice water you want to keep your hands cold to prevent over working the meat and it'll make it less sticky. place them on the rack and bake the bitches for 20-30 min or until internal temp is ~145(Don't worry it'll hit 160 even after you take em out.) letting the fat drip out will indeed make the outsides a bit dryer but they will hold much better for long term usage. Add them to a red sauce, put them on bun for meat-ball parm. or just eat them as it. Doing things like this will making eating home easier and you'll save a lot of money.
