wait... are you talking about the context menu? what's so fancy about that? i've seen stuff like
that a bunch of times and it's very easy to implement.

I just hope more people do it now that ruffle has been updated on /f/. Before, the menu did not
  even show up in ruffle.

>> [_] Anonymous 06/24/23(Sat)12:32:37 No.3496443

i am really surprised that peoplehere even use ruffle. i just view everything with the projector.

I still do, but only for local files or when Ruffle doesn't work. Online, however, I use the
  Ruffle add-on for Firefox. https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/ruffle_rs/

Useful for sites that have not yet implemented Ruffle or are using an older version.
it is always nice to see how much more and more works after some updates

oh yeah? let me see your code snippet

Depends on whether AS2 or AS3

  AS2: https://pastebin.com/RNQ578VR

>> [_] Anonymous 06/24/23(Sat)15:56:33 No.3496449

  >>3496447
This is the code of this uploaded flash.
I assume this code adds a functioning context menu, but I'm not sure as I only use AS2 in my
  flash files.

  AS3: https://pastebin.com/Xmu5S3Yp

  >>3496449
at line 31 i meant of course that the eventlistener checks if the menu entry named "song_name"
  has been clicked.
if yes, function "openSong" is executed which opens the YT link in the variable "song_link".

>> [_] Anonymous 06/24/23(Sat)16:12:44 No.3496451

  >>3496449
and the variables must of course also be declared. i did not include this in my copy.... here is
the full code of the file. just look for yourself.
  https://pastebin.com/s4EqwrKZ

However, with the AS2 code I can confirm that this is all you need.
  Hope this helps.
And I better stop spamming this thread....

as the other anon said it's a piece of cake. it's even possible to make the context menu change
as the user clicks through different parts of the flash. it can be a fun easter egg to include.
but desu I wish people would mainly keep the sauce at the bottom.

>> [_] Anonymous 06/24/23(Sat)17:34:41 No.3496454

  >>3496453
  I like both desu
I'm happy as long as a sauce is given
