You could try archive.org to try to locate the rest of stuff. But the gameplay code seems to be there anyway, so with minimal effort you could bypass the resource loading step and make the game playable.

The original had 4 fixed levels + boss, whereas the new one has 2 randomized levels + boss. I couldn't find the boss and sound files for it under any of the 11 (sub)domains that were associated with disney's swf content hosting, but they're "cross-compatible" so you can put the old version in the same folder with the other .swf stuff and it will work, only it will say "level 3" for the boss where it should be 5. I don't know if the boss level was different gameplay-wise, but I think it's unlikely.
