o problema não é a favela, e sim quem mora nela. até em bairros de classe média ou alta sempre
terão os mongol que não respeita ninguém. e ninguém mora na favela porque quer, é porque gente da
classe baixa não tem outra alternativa, ou moram na favela ou moram na rua, porque é difícil
encontrar uma casa "legalizada" por menos de 200 mil no centro, e quando encontra geralmente fica a
mais de 10km do centro (mal localizada) ou são apartamentos que mal dá para se mexer pelo tamanho
minúsculo. creio que 90 a 95 porcento dos pobres jamais conseguirão juntar 200 mil, mesmo que
trabalhem a vida toda, ou precisa se arriscar se endividar por 30 anos pra comprar um apartamento
pequeno tendo risco de um acontecer um problema no meio desse caminho e perder tudo oque pagou no
imóvel, ou morar de aluguel por preços absurdamente altos, que consome quase 90 por cento do
salário. a vida não é fácil pra ninguém, mas o pobre vive a vida no modo expert, na questão da
dificuldade. porque se ele ocupa um terreno abandonado há décadas tem que torcer muito para que não
apareça alguém reinvidicando-o tendo risco de ver sua casinha que ele demorou anos para construir
ser demolida em segundos.

being demolished in seconds.
