Let me dust off the lorebook here.
The original hat.swf is the anime smug chick. Then someone started posting Robot Jox clips and
also made a loop under the same name, which this flash has its entirety in the dream bubble.
It's the similarity of smugness between the two that makes them worthy opponents of who is more
smug and ultimately the better flash loop.
Funnily enough a hat is not present in either of them.
