  For your use case: Wacom > anything else.
  The only alternatives would be a real tablet with pen support but they are expensive as fuck and
  you would still have to get flash running on them.
  Wacom with screen or without? The answer is without. Drawing tablets with screens are memes. They
  are overpriced and need too much space on your desk, especially with an angled setup.
  I have an Intuos S with bluetooth and a Cintiq 22 (tablet with screen) so I know what I'm talking
  about.
  That narrows down the candidates to the Wacom Intuos series.
  The Intuos S is a little too small, but only a little. It's enough for my Photoshop edit needs.
  You don't need the bluetooth option because the lag ruins it.
  A Cintiq 22 is far to huge. 16 is all you'd need.
  So from my experience I'd recommend the Wacom Intuos M. You should be able to get it under $100,
  if you're lucky you might get it used for $50 but make sure it comes with the Pro Pen 2.

  I do create stuff sometimes, but I can't draw for shit.
  So the best I could do is a Sex Kitten kind of animutation.
  Which, let's be real, hasn't been fapworthy since 2006.
  Animation is more about the art and less about flash tweens.
  Which is why all the renowned artists just pump out mp4 with little to no downside to regular
  people.
  H-Flash just always will hold this special place in my heart as something else besides drawn and
  real porn.
  Even Dinner struggled at first but slowely improved over time.
  The greatest talent he had was really all about screen staging and facial expression, while as
  Derpixon is just amazing at drawing genitals n shit (not literally though thank god) in motion.
