Fall is here and due to our horrific performance in Summer we've earned another chance to watch
/f/ on the pitch in the Autumn Babby. Dates for the tournament have been set and we'll be playing
the weekends of November 1st, 8th, and if we make it out of groups the final weekend will be the
16th. I'll try to keep our usual game thread up before we play so be sure to stop by in November.
Before we get there though I wanted to get a thread going to get any suggestions from (You) and

r_Music_List is still up to date and I've got a couple shake-ups I'm going to make unless someone
talks me out of it:
/m/ Anthem - Slamming Finger -> massivedamage.swf
/h/ Anthem - The Answer.swf -> mtc.swf (frankly I'm amazed no one has taken this and I think it's
time to stake our claim to it)
I'd also like something for /vrpg/, something more native to /f/ or flash but I haven't found
anything myself. If this sounds stupid or heretical feel free to yell at me.
Also as I said, if (You) have any anthem, horn, kit, player, etc. ideas, drop them in the thread,
I'm always willing to discuss changes to keep the team a bit fresh. I'll post the current roster
next and some player ideas.

Someone in a previous game thread suggested roadtrip.swf as a player and I think I've got a way
to make that work as a model so I'd like to get that on the team. Some ideas I've been kicking
around but am not completely sold on: leekspin/loituma, Strongbad (not really /f/ but classic
flash. not sure of this), Don't shit your pants (game rep).
Of course adding anyone means we need to make cuts. First on my chopping block is Integral Story
Bro for that (let's just call it what it is) THROW to the horse fuckers in Summer. I'd like to
get everyone's thoughts on ResizeTheFlash, I personally enjoy having him as a lolcow I can blame
everything on (and I like fucking with the model) but if you guys are tired of having the most
cursed player in cup history on our team we can drop him. Roadtrip would even be a good
replacement.

I'm of the same mind but I want to make sure everyone else still wants him around. If nobody has
objections I'll keep him starting in the net.
That being said the roster has stayed the same for a while now and I'd like to at least get a
couple new players out there. Even old faces coming back like Manticore did. The stats database
at https://isthisliv.com/teams/f can show the list of players we've had over our entire history
if anyone wants to bring someone back.

I've got no qualms with bringing the dangalang man out of exile, at least for a cup or two. We
can always cycle him back out, none of this is permanent. Old shit that people have forgotten
about is part of our stock and trade after all.
The question becomes who gets bumped? So far I have roadtrip for Integral Story, but if we want
Rapeman someone else needs to go as well.

I think that we could drop Fulp since he's not necessarily a representative of /f/. Dicewars is
also pretty generic. EDDIE and Manticore haven't been posted in quite a while. Zone may have been
an iconic part of /f/, but hasn't produced any 4chan content in a LOOOONG time.

Fulp is the newgrounds/ruffle connection that we have, I don't disagree with sending him away for
a while though. Dicewars was our game tag player, it gets posted fairly often and we couldn't
really find another popular game rep. I'll disagree about EDDIE though, the original and the
variants still pop up on a Friday from time to time. Manticore was a throwback player, and I
agree does not get posted hardly at all. As far as Zone goes, if we're making the roster out of
recently produced content our options are uhhh... kinda limited. Zone has an entire section of
the archive and has made some legendary stuff, I think it's fair to have a spot on the team for
that.
Talking anthem stuff I think we've come up with an idea for /vrpg/. Since there isn't exactly a
plethora of options we can take the current /vg/ anthem of Tunnel Snakes Rule and make it
/vrpg/'s. This leaves us with an open anthem spot for /vg/ obviously so my initial thought would
be to fill that with the background music from katawa_crash.

damn how the time flies. I will say some of the variants have been posted a bit more recently but
more towards the beginning of the year. I like EDDIE as our Friday rep, the only alternate I
could see would be Friday Night Yakuza, but EDDIE has more history I feel.

The primary thing I need help with behind the scenes is the tactical 'tism. I'll be honest with
you guys I have next to no idea how this shit works as a game, I'm an aesthetics monkey that
found himself at the controls of a jet plane. If running tests and trying to figure out the
"""game""" sounds like it would tickle your pickle then get in touch with me. I can set anyone up
with the tools you need to at least get the game running but as far as a >gameplan I'm pretty
well shooting in the dark.
Unfortunately the best way to get ahold of me is probably through discord, I'm frequently not
around and it allows people to leave messages as well as be in instant messenger. There's an
/f/ootball server here https://discord.gg/6UfY6Ne but it's pretty quiet for the most part. My
name there is the same as here. If you'd prefer email or IRC I don't ever check those but if I
know someone is going to contact me that way I can make myself available. It's up to you, I
thoroughly enjoy every part of running this show except for tactics so I wouldn't force it on
anybody.

I try to use the team anthems as much as possible, because we have so many it makes hearing them
kinda rare but I will start packing that in the music export to have in my back pocket. It is
hype as fuck I agree, advancement wouldn't be a bad spot to pull it out.
