crappiest (easiest): swf maker XYZ
crappy (easy): total video converter
acceptable (quite some effort): Encoding with mediacoder, 128kbs mp3, 15-25fps, 400kbs video,
resize to below 400x300, get close to 8,0MB (filesize-limit here), use adobe CS4 and simply
import it there, edit publishing settings for good sound quality (deactivate mono, set to 128kbs)
and activate graphic acceleration. do several tries until satisfied.
best method: unknown. tell me.
the very basic: use fmt=18 at youtube, if HD is not available. srsly. a really good
video/audiosource is THE basic to do decent quality encodes.
