As far as I know, the only complete translation of the entire video in existence is in Finnish
[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOo8lz1vUF8] which I figure is marginally better than Japanese
for some people here, but not many.
The translation of most the comic is available at http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/Lyrics:%E3%82
%A6%E3%82%B5%E3%83%86%E3%82%A4 because it follows the lyrics. It has nothing to do with the USA.

or alternatively use your transformation field and activate a spirit, then shoot it, or score a
multiple of 10,000 points. you can't jump, only fly

How are these things posted ALL THE TIME and yet no one has done a translated version yet?

Having watched the finnish version, the translation really does fuck all to help understand this.
>> [_] Anonymous 03/31/10(Wed)17:17 No.1224103
>>1224084
Well yeah. Translating from a foreign language to another does that. Did you check out the wiki
link though

Knowing finnish, if you care, I can translate. I like this flash a lot. In order:
"Original composition
The white silk flag at Usa shrine
Cinderella Cage ~ Kagome Kagome"
"rabbit rabbit rabbit rabbit..."
"Album IOSYS Touhou Suisuisuusuu"
"Music etc vs. Flash etc"
"USATEI - A rabbit called Tei"
"rabbit...!"
"Hey, wanna play a round of PoFV? PoFV? Oh that's great"
(sidebar: a translated explanation of what PoFV means)
"But I tell you, I'm really good at it. I'm really good"
"'I even have this friend, who is the fifth best in japan" [his speech is very stuttery and
informal but I won't translate that, too much effort]
Sidebar: "He doesn't tire of making a number of himself"
"At PoFV, that is"
"Okay, let's get started"
"What, you want to bet something"
"Money? Uh..."
sidebar: money?
"Okay, that's fine"
"Food! Yeah, food is good"
sidebar: food?
"Oh, yeah, at Ramen-dai"
sidebar: an explanation of what Ramen-dai is
>> [_] Anonymous 03/31/10(Wed)17:32 No.1224115
>>1224114
"And with extra pork slices on top."
"With extra slices! With extra slices!"
"hee hee hee I really should control"
sidebar: you really should control yourself
"I really should control myself hee hee hee"
"Oh, that's okay?"
"Well then, I'll be playing Tewi"
sidebar: Tewi, that is to say, Tewi Inaba, a youkai prankster rabbit living in Eientei
"So you don't play Tewi. I play as Tewi"
"Hey, don't play Tewi!"
"You're supposed to play Cirno. You like Cirno!"
sidebar: an explanation of what Cirno is (a fairy character)
"So you don't play Tewi now. Hey, Tewi!"
"Don't play Tewi"
then it's basically
"tewitewitewitewitewitewi"
with the spell names translated like the first is "Rabbit magic - Inaba the elemental rabbit"
etc. and the song goes "Prankster -- rabbit -- exaggerating -- rabbit -- teasing you -- rabbit --
she brings happiness -- rabbit"

wow that took me like 10 minutes wish I could get it back. Anyway that's the idea. It's a joke on
the game PoFV and a japanese meme. The info on that youtube page explains their version and video
is translated from the japanese and not the english and points out some problems with the english
translation
