What the? I don't get it either, it worked fine on the PC when I used Media Player Classic....
T_T Anyways, you apparently have to download this and then run it on something else then a
web-browser, then it will work. But who will bother with that?

1 Click Left to right
2 Click Down to Top
3 Click Top to Down
4 Click on the nob till it turns it falls off then drag the nob back on and click on it
5 Click and hold on the floor and then quickly click the open door
6 Click ABOVE the door and have the white stuff fall till the door is open
7 Click on the bottom for a cat and on the top of the door for a bird. Repeat till open
8 Simply click the nob and then the bottom of the door
9 Click on the top left to the right
10 There's a handle on the left wall and profit.

Follow my guide.... look directly to the left and there's how you open the 10th door.
