It looks like they fucked something with their CORS headers, i.4cdn.org only has boards.4chan.org in it's allow list but they were trying to pull swfs from s.4cdn.org so the browser makes the request fail. Could be they were just locking down CORS and forgot they made their Ruffle embed page be hosted from s.4cdn.org instead of the board page. All they should need to do is add s.4cdn.org to the allow list, wonder what's taking them so long.
