It's winnable. Kinda depends on the how the "solid" spots are based and where kitty decides to go.

There's a definite strategy to it, but it only works maybe 80% of the time. You have to leave an
opening for the cat to approach, but one that's easy to close off. it's best to start building a
broken fence made of dots two spaces away from each other, but not in a straight line. That is,
there's two empty dots that each touch both colored ones. then, it's easy to tell when the cat's
about to go through the gap, and you can close it.
