And not because of some bible belt retardation of 'socialism is evil.' This completely removes how the human mind works and how the human mind grows. The parts that are worth paying attention to most of course are the longevity and recycling aspects, but trying to get things down to a small level of the population with dictatoral control over resource management stifles growth and possibility. Human life is designed to always be moving forward. If humans weren't in a situation where they could work, we would stagnate and die as a species. On a long enough timeline, anarchy would actually arise because we WEREN'T working. The idea of living means seeking what you love and enjoy so that your life is fulfilling. This can never be done for you, people can only help set you on a path. Interesting scientific method breakdown nonetheless. >> [_] Anonymous 08/17/10(Tue)00:27 No.1347516 >>1347316 They almost sort of touched at the core problem. It's the money system, and to a certain extent, ownership. When people spend their entire lives paying off a mortgage or when a single person "owns" several factories and all of the equipment therein, there's something very wrong with the way people think. They also touched on that note; what makes me hate this society on a daily basis more than anything is the consumerist mindset in the average person that fuels the entire beast. But from a mechanical standpoint, when the shit hits the fan I promise you it will be because of usury and over-consolidation of resources. |
