The flash isn't poorly made, it was designed so that it shows itself in a certain way on the site
it was intended to be on, and like you said, since 4chan has no embedding features, it will
either end up showing outside of the borders or increase, decrease, or stretch, similar to how
Toon Pimp's flashes stretch out when they aren't run on a site that supports the function such as
his own.
