There is no fucking reason to build a damn floating island considering there's little to no
payback, if you built a big ass skyscraper in the middle of Tokyo you get rent and tourism, but
building a damn big floating city in the middle of literally nothing gives you no payback, he's
talking about "building a new industry", that is crap you do not do that when building it means
you start, not from scratch, but from stupidly colossal amounts of debt. You have NOTHING to
offer with this other than making vegans happy, you cannot farm enough there, you cannot start
off with shit tons of heavy industry, you're not even in a strategic place, you're, literally, in
the middle of nowhere.
