  In this game you have 20 days to train and fuck three beautiful girls. Each morning you can
  choose what type of training each girl will do (running, gym or swimming). Each girl has four
  parameters, the main ones are power and endurance. There other two are health and mood. At noon
  you can decide what you want to do (earn money, talk to the doctor, go to the shops, etc). In the
  evening you can visit your girls in their rooms. After the 20th day comes the day of the
  competition which consists of three events: butterfly, crawl and breaststroke. One girl can do
  each event. If the girl wins and you treated her well, you will get a special prize. Good luck.

  What I figured out:
  -Swimming is the most time-efficient option of all 3. Your girls should always be swimming.
  -To max health, use the doctor. To max mood, buy candy. You can give candy to all 3 girls on the
  same evening. (During the afternoon you can use the map option in the top right to access these)
  -Spend ONE afternoon going to the gift shop and buy everything in one trip (prob the first turn)
  -To seduce the doctor, you have to visit her in her office twice, then visit her in the evening.
  -Doping is a bad idea, you don't need it to win if you've had them swimming every day, and if you
  use them there's a chance you get busted which = game over. If you screw the doctor I think you
  can get around it by visiting her in the her office, but why bother?
  -If you buy laxatives you can use them in the kitchen to mess up opposing coaches
  -There is no harem ending
