The cop had his lights on. Meaning he was moving quickly to a location, since there were no
vehicles in front of him.
He was probably driving a Crown Vic. Those are heavy, solidly built machines. It's simple math
and logic at that point. You got a vehicle weighing XXXXX going xx MPH t-boning a YY lbs deer
going y MPH. It hit like a freight train.
