Lose the speedlines; Don't rely on special effects to tell the viewer what's happening. Make the
animation for the clouds longer, at least five seconds. Put some more, slow-scrolling clouds in
the background that aren't just transparent circles. Animate the hair as a solid object, not
twenty tiny strands.
