I am in fundamental disagreement.
The reason corporations were formed wasn't because the aristocracy wanted to ensure they held
control over the resources.
It's because mass production and centralized/specialized industry is 1000X more efficient than
each man producing his own stuff and trading. It's precisely what allowed for the surplus he's
talking about in all the goods we have. And the people who manage those factories are the
business class.

I am in fundamental agreement that unemployment is not necessarily a bad thing, and that we need
to learn how to organize a society such that unemployment doesn't mean lacking the means to live.
He's right, the machines and modern technology do result in unemployment, but it ideally
shouldn't be an issue because the entire ultimate justification for modernization of technology
to produce goods and services is that people can then do less work, or at least concentrate more
on what's important to them and less on working for simple sustenance.
