They believe the impossible... but don't believe homosexuals should be treated as equal human
beings. Just like they thought blacks, and women, shouldn't be treated as equals, but
reconsidered their stance on each issue in part or in whole, the moment the law changed. Funny
that.

This brings me to another point. No matter what stance you take on a subject, there's a bible
verse that supports you. There's a way for you to claim justification from a higher authority for
pretty much any ignorant, ass-backwards ideas you may have.
Christianity, Catholicism in particular, is used by the great majority as an excuse to stop
thinking. If I follow what the man at the altar tells me every Sunday, (maybe even not all of it,
I'm a busy person, but I'll try to keep to the spirit of it, you know?) then at the end, as long
as I believe in Jesus, he'll save me from hell. Really, as long as you claim Jesus as your
savior, there's nothing that won't be forgiven in this life. Jesus took our sins upon himself.
Where's the incentive? It's pretty much an honor system. You should be a good person, but don't
worry if you fuck up, there's no real consequences at the end of it all.

with a vagina. He single handedly destroyed the soul of Christ's teachings when he put his two
cents in.
He told every christian to come after him that the world WOULD end. In a horrifying fashion. That
there was nothing we could do to stop it, and that we are doomed from birth. That fucking asshole
destroyed hope. He, with one book, negated the worth of any efforts made in this life towards a
better future by stripping us of the belief in that future. What is the point of trying to fix a
broken world that you're sure is going to be destroyed?

Heaven, the Garden of Eden. The perfect world at the right hand of God. This is not a reward at
the end of your life. This is not some other world you are taken to when you die. Heaven is a
goal. What people fail consistently to realise is that Heaven is what we should aspire to create
on this earth.
We were cast out from perfection because we chose knowledge over ignorance, correct? We can't go
back to a state of inoccent ignorance, we can't be forgiven simply by shutting our minds and
hearts to knowledge or truth. We chose to elevate ourselves above the level of unthinking beasts,
it is our duty and our burden to seek knowledge as a result.

Christians who are slaves should give their masters full respect so that the name of God and his
teaching will not be shamed. If your master is a Christian, that is no excuse for being
disrespectful. You should work all the harder because you are helping another believer by your
efforts. Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them. (1 Timothy 6:1-2 NLT)

>Nebuchadnezzar destroy Tyre
Non-believers often interpret this prophecy found in Ezekiel 26:1-21 as meaning that
Nebuchadnezzar was supposed to be the one who destroyed Tyre. Believers, however, including
myself, often interpret this prophecy as meaning that "many nations" were supposed to destroy the
Phoenician city of Tyre, over a long period of time, beginning with Nebuchadnezzar. We base our
interpretation on verse 3, which states that "many nations" would attack Tyre, like waves casting
against the shore. And history shows that many nations did attack Tyre. Alexander the Great used
ships from many nations to conquer the island city in about 332 BC, bringing a permanent end to
the Phoenician Empire.
>Pi equals 3
