  did deeper research on that than what he was actually trying to comment on. Also funny that he

  He is correct. The scientific method in itself cannot be used as an answer to a question.
  It is just that, a method. You use the scientific method to answer questions.
  Thus saying you will delegate resource management with "the scientific method" is indeed a
  nonsense statement.

  But he's not saying anything about the scientific method itself being nonsense. In fact he's
  making it clear that it's basically the best tool of logic in existence.
